Mr. C Residences West Palm Beach brings the hospitality heritage of the Cipriani family to the center of downtown West Palm Beach. Created by brothers Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, fourth-generation heirs to the tradition that began at Harry's Bar in Venice in 1931, the Mr. C brand blends Old World European charm with contemporary comfort. The project is being developed by Terra and Sympatico Real Estate, with architecture by Arquitectonica under Bernardo Fort-Brescia, interiors by Meyer Davis, and landscapes by Landscape Design Workshop. The 27-story tower combines 146 private residences with 110 Mr. C hotel suites, giving owners the ease of a fully serviced hotel environment. Residences range from one to three bedrooms with approximately 824 to 2,195 square feet of interior space, and many include private terraces. Interiors are serene and sculptural, with warm neutral palettes, 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, terrazzo countertops, Italian cabinetry, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and porcelain tile floors, all oriented toward panoramic city, Intracoastal, and ocean views. Design cues drawn from local sailing culture and the Italian Riviera of the 1950s give the spaces a relaxed yet refined character. Arrival begins with a landscaped entrance garden and a dedicated porte-cochère, leading to a residential lobby with lounge seating, private high-speed elevators, and a curated display of museum-quality art. On the eighth level, interior amenities include the signature Mr. C spa with sauna and steam rooms, a fully outfitted fitness center, dedicated yoga, Pilates, and Peloton studios, a billiards room and casual lounge with terrace, and a library and business lounge with meeting rooms. Outdoors, residents enjoy a garden-level lap pool with cabanas, a pool bar and lounge, an outdoor cinema, a bocce court, and Little C's, a playground designed for younger residents. Service is at the heart of the Mr. C experience. Concierge reception, butler service and housekeeping, 24-hour valet and security, poolside food and beverage service, complimentary pool towels, and a custom residents' app support daily life. Dining includes Bellini Café, Bellini Restaurant, and in-residence dining and event catering, while Bellini Rooftop, a private members lounge with separate membership, sits alongside the rooftop hotel pool and bar. Steps from downtown dining, culture, and the waterfront, Mr. C Residences West Palm Beach is under construction, with completion slated for 2027.
